I love rainbows!!

I absolutely LOVE RAINBOWS!!! my eyes totally light up the minute I see one, it might sound a bit childish, but whenever I was a little girl going to Sunday school, we sang a wee chorus to do with rainbows, and how we are to remember that God is Love when we see one, so to me they are a huge reminder of how God loves me and how much he has blessed me in my life and walk with Him.
The rainbow is handmade and stitched by myself, the embossed pink cardstock is by Love Elsie. and I wasn't tight with my lovely Adrienne Looman buttons on this card {my goodness, 5, ah well, I have another 4 packs coming in the post, lol} The sentiment is from inique boutique rubber stamps, and there you have it, another creation :)
Enjoy your saturday xxx

Cowgirl card

Well I think I got my mojo back!! {lol} I started this last night and have just finished it off, and im pleased with what I have made.
I bought this beautiful crate paper {cowgirl collection} on tuesday, and I love it!! I covered 2 raw Heidi Swapp chipboard stars with the paper and sanded edges and added some bling. {cause all cowgirls need a bit of bling, lol} I scallopped the flower paper & punched tiny holes through each scallop & by cutting red spotty paper in half I was able to insert the border under the first piece & leaving it loose overlapping the second piece. Then I punched out oval scallop & cut it in half , sanded edges and punched more holes and added another one of those lovely freebie rub-ons and finishing off with a little with love tag and brads. Oh almost forgot the white stitching is from doodlebugs rub-ons and thats all {phew} . Have a great weekend!!
